I got two shirts, and they arrived in top-notch shape, plus the delivery was super quick! Big thanks!

What a disaster! I've placed three orders with this company. The first one was decent, but everything went downhill after that. Items labeled as 'Very Good Condition' are far from it. I received a skirt full of holes, dresses with seams ripped, and tops with stains and marks. Some items might be salvageable, but others are just trash. On my last order, I was charged for items that weren't even in the package; I noticed this on their picking slip where three items were left unmarked. I understand that small businesses can mess up, and I usually give them a chance to fix things, but here I am, several emails in, and I've got zero replies. I've filled out their 'contact me' form three times and sent seven emails. There's no phone number available, so I had to write this review. The concept is great, and I’ve been happy with most of the items, but the after-sales service is nonexistent. Everything's fine when there are no problems, but I'm still out of pocket, and no one is getting back to me. Now, I might have to reach out to my card company to dispute the charge for items I never got. I really don’t want to go that route, but I feel like I have no choice. It’s such a pity because I truly believe in sustainable fashion. Please sort out your aftercare issues and get in touch with me regarding my outstanding problems!

I really regret not donating my dresses to a good cause. For each of the three dresses, which I paid at least £40 for, I'm only getting £3 out of the £10 sale price.

Had a blast shopping at Rethread! They offer a variety of clothing brands that you just don’t find in the New Forest. I snagged some cool pieces without emptying my wallet. Plus, the service was super quick.

I got 5 pieces of clothing and a handbag. They showed up quickly and were in excellent shape, just like they said. I'm really into all of them. It was a blast snagging designer threads without breaking the bank! Now, I often browse for fresh items on the site.
